Use a descriptive subject such as “conversion bug,” “privacy question,” or “copyright report.” Do not email sensitive source images unless they are synthetic or safe to share.
Technical reports
Include the input format, approximate dimensions and size, selected settings, browser/device, expected result, actual result, and a non-sensitive reproducible sample where possible.
Copyright or abuse reports
Identify the protected work, the PixelConvert URL involved, your authority to report it, contact details, and a good-faith statement. PixelConvert does not host a public gallery of uploaded files.
PixelConvert cannot recover an upload after its request finishes because converted files are not stored in a permanent user-file account. Please retain your originals.
